Maple Hot Chocolate
Try this maple hot chocolate for a classic winter drink with a syrupy-sweet vanilla twist.
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp to 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 4 cups milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- In a saucepan, whisk together cocoa, salt, water and syrup until well blended. Gradually whisk in milk. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
